Huddle Up: Monthly Meet-Ups
Join us for monthly meet-ups to connect with other expecting dads, share experiences, and build a supportive community as you prepare for parenthood. Lead by Sean.
Text Group Support
From day one, you'll be added to our exclusive text group, offering a network of love and support throughout your pregnancy and beyond. Including Becca, Sean, & Arielle!
Prenatal Visits
Enjoy three 2-hour prenatal visits led by Becca, designed to prepare Dad/Partner to confidently step into their role as the ultimate support person:
Both parents encouraged to join meetings
30-week Zoom Visit: Discuss your partner’s goals and preferences, and learn how you can actively support them in the weeks ahead.
35-week Zoom Visit: Dive deeper into birth preparation, understanding your role in the process, and finalizing your plans as the primary support person.
38-week In-Home Visit: Get hands-on training tailored to your role—practice comfort techniques, learn how to advocate effectively, and prepare your space for the big day.
Birth Team
You’ll be supported by Becca as your primary doula, backed up by a dedicated RRDS doula, ensuring seamless care throughout your journey.
On-Call Doula Support
Your doulas will be on-call for four weeks:
Standard pregnancies: 38-42 weeks.
High-risk and twin pregnancies: 36-40 weeks.
Labor & Birth Support
Your primary doula will provide ongoing support during labor and birth, staying with you every step of the way.
Postpartum Home Visit
Becca will visit you at home 3 to 5 days after birth, providing two hours of postpartum care to support your recovery and assist with newborn care. During this visit, she will also:

Answer any questions about newborn care, feeding, or your recovery to help you settle into this new chapter with confidence.
Newborn Care Class
Huddle up for a hands-on training session to feel confident in caring for your newborn. This class covers all the basics, from diapering to soothing techniques, so you’re ready for the big leagues!
Book Club
Huddle up with other Dads-to-be in our book club, where we dive into parenting and birth-related reads to educate, inspire, and foster connection.

Absolutely! Both parents are encouraged to attend all classes and planning sessions together. However, the dad-focused meet-ups (Huddle Up) and the daddy book club are exclusive to dads/partners, providing a space to connect, learn, and prepare.

Of course! While we prefer to meet with both partners, we’re happy to start with just you to discuss goals and get a feel for things before moving forward.

I (Becca) will absolutely be at the birth if invited! The Full Season Package is designed to support both parents from pregnancy through postpartum, with a strong focus on preparing dads/partners for their role as the primary support person. After over five years and attending 250+ births, I’ve developed a clear understanding of where dads can be most helpful and impactful. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and areas for growth, ensuring you shine during one of life’s most transformative times.
